- User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Comfy platform.
Acceptance of Terms
Description of Services
Comfy acts as a mediator, connecting users with suppliers who provide car rentals, drivers, insurance, and related services. Our platform enables you to:
- Search and book vehicles for rental periods ranging from hours to days.
- Add insurance and additional services to your bookings.
- Access promotions, coupons, loyalty systems, and tier points.
Comfy does not directly provide the services but facilitates your transactions with third-party suppliers. While Comfy manages the booking process, the actual service (e.g., car rental) is provided by the supplier. We operate in compliance with the laws of Saudi Arabia and sign contracts with all suppliers accordingly.
Supplier Verification
Comfy partners only with trusted suppliers who have undergone a thorough vetting process. This ensures that users receive services from reputable providers and enjoy a safe and reliable experience.
User Accounts
To use certain features of our platform, you may need to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Comfy is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Booking Terms
When making a booking through Comfy, you agree to the following:
- All bookings are subject to availability and the terms set by the supplier.
- Payment for bookings must be made through the approved methods on our platform and cannot be reversed once placed.
- Cancellations must be made through the Comfy platform.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If a cancellation is made 24 hours or more before the booking time, a full refund (100%) will be issued.
- If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the booking time, no refund will be provided.
Comfy handles all refunds and cancellations directly with suppliers to ensure a seamless process for users.
Revenue Model
Comfy earns revenue through commissions from suppliers or by applying a markup to net rates. This transparency ensures that users understand how Comfy operates.
Payment and Fees
Comfy facilitates payments between users and suppliers via secure payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree that:
- Comfy’s platform may charge service fees, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.
- Taxes, fees, and other charges may be applied as required by law.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the cancellation policy outlined above.
Feedback and User Content
Users can leave feedback about their experience after completing a booking. By submitting feedback, you agree that:
- Your reviews and ratings must be honest and respectful.
- Comfy reserves the right to moderate or remove feedback that violates our guidelines or contains inappropriate content.
- Reviews may be published on the platform to assist future users in making informed decisions.
Loyalty and Promotions
Comfy offers a tiered loyalty system to reward frequent users. The more you spend, the better the benefits you receive:
- Silver Tier: Basic benefits and occasional promotions.
- Gold Tier: Enhanced benefits and exclusive promotions.
- Platinum Tier: Premium benefits and top-tier promotions.
Promotions and loyalty rewards are non-transferable and subject to change at Comfy’s discretion.
Recommendation Systems
Comfy’s platform uses recommendation systems to present users with options tailored to their preferences, based on factors like search criteria and past interactions. This ensures a more personalized booking experience.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Comfy platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Comfy or its licensors. You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
- Use our intellectual property for commercial purposes without authorization.
Third-Party Services

When using Comfy’s platform, you agree to:
- Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Avoid engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.

If a dispute arises between you and Comfy, we encourage you to contact our support team to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration before resorting to legal action.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Saudi Arabia.
Changes to Terms
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comfy is not liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
- The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party suppliers.
